A new seaside development set out with a lofty goal - to be Montenegro's first LEED certified project - and only the second LEED for Homes project in Europe.  North 39 Energy (formerly Active Energies, Inc.) provided guidance on the LEED for Homes rating system to allow the project team to clearly understand the requirements for their first 10 multi-family buildings.  North 39 provided Green Rater, Energy Rater and Provider services, including on-site performance testing of the systems and building envelope, leading to a smooth certification process.
